Notes for users

The People file contains three layouts that are different in nature compared to other files. The first layout, called People, shows records of individuals who have some declared interest in sustainable building. A second layout within the same file, called User Data, contains records of individuals who may be of interest to the individual user, but are not in the main system. These User Data records are not overwritten when the system is updated. A third layout shows governmental or non-profit Organizations.
